who is your ISP?
what FW are you running it on?
My ISP is Time Warner and the current Firmware Version my modem is running V2.02.06. Also this problem began just 3 days ago after having service with Time Warner for a year.
I am having the exact same issue. I purchased my C3700 in August 2015. Time Warner came out and verifiied that the modem was the issue and not their service. My download speeds is less than 0.1Mbps, but the upload speeds are good at 5.6Mbps which is my current plan.
