Thanks for the reply. I am able to access the vpn on other networks including my verizon hotspot. All settings are accurate to connect to the VPN on the devices. I have partnered with our IT department and they are saying the issue is specific to my router and the double nat issue.

try setting the device you're using in netgear's dmz.

Would this create a security issue as the device would essentially have limited firewall protection?
Also, I went into WAN Settings and set the DMZ to the ip address my Dell Latitude was on and still unable to connect to the VPN with same error message.

I'd be checking with your work vpn provider. With the IP address set in the wan, ALL traffic is forwarded. so there's nothing blocking/firewalling.

I appreciate your response. Any thoughts why my devices connect to my work VPN without any issue on half a dozen other connections? I have tested on my Verizon Hotspot, T-Mobile Hotspot, and 3 additional routers (neighbors, friends, parents) without issue. I am only unable to connect via my router and it is the only one that when i run a traceroute on has two individual ip addresses in the first two hops. I am convinced the issue is specific to the 192. & 10. double nat.
