Finally, after a ton of tech visits, the ultimate problem causing this issue has been found: A bad cable from the top of the telephone pole (at the tap) running 15' to the base of the telephone pole (ground block). just wanted to thank you as I finally fixed my internet drops after months of trying thanks to you and that PDF/article you put together and posted. I was getting 20-30 drops (each 3-10 seconds) a day and I came across your post and noticed your logs/error codes looked identical to mine. I had the ISP techs out several times, which turned out to be worthless, so I read your entire troubleshooting article and ended up finding the issue and fixed it myself! Thanks!!! đ
