    Who's your isp and what speeds are you looking for? 

    There isn't an "optimum speed" because the optimum for you might not be the same for others

      We have xfinity at 200 mps for movies and web use only. Do I need more or less?

        the CAX30 should easily handle those speeds. 

        If you're needing faster speeds, you can always upgrade your service and the CAX is capable of it.
