What Netgear is trying to do with their customers?
Years ago until now, I never get help from the Netgear. That's why I threw my Netgear N600 router away and bought other brands. Today I thought their support team/department is improved, I go back, but seems the same.

Thanks. - thehypnootoadLuminaryIts awful infact I think its got worse. I honestly think certain departments have got it right at Netgear (design, hardware). but others are letting it down badly (firmware,support). and this will be there own downfall.
