Which netgear cable wifi modem/router do I need?

I'm looking into buying a netgear cable wifi modem/router. Im purchasing a Internet package with 50 mbps. I would be mostly using it for streaming HD movies and live broadcasts. I have approx. 1600 sq. ft house and would want it capable of streaming outside on my patio tv. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate the help thanks.
