Who is Bruce?

I own 49626270A29AE...anyone want to dispute that?....Netgear won't help...they say Bruce owns this one...it has been here for some time....I bought it,,,,,,,,,but  not checking it because they say someone else owns is not true.....whoever Bruce is...he does not own it.and it does not work....never has.....12 mbps  with BLAST from Comcast
