Why is my Epson printer suddenly listed as a gaming console

After a Windows reset, my Epson printer is suddently listed on Netgear genie as a "gaming console," and all printing jobs have become nearly impossible to accomplish.

      I hit a brick wall when it comes to Epson tech support.  I seem to know more about my printer than they do.  But thanks.
