Wi-Fi No Longer Broadcasts
I think my CAX80 router was trying to automatically update the firmware, and now it is not able broadcast Wi-Fi. Whenever I go into the router configuration page, it has everything set to “Unknown...
What FW is currently loaded on the CAX? There is a new version available.
After you factory reset the CAX and before you walk thru the setup wizard, have you unplugged the ISP coax from the modem then pulled the power adapter from the all socket for 1 full minuted then back in? Reconnect the ISP coax cable, then walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser?

Whenever I go into the router configuration page, it has everything set to “Unknown”. I have factory restored it several times, and downgraded to the prior firmware version with no success.
My ISP is going to come out in a few days, but I don’t think it’s an ISP issue.
Any guidance, opinions, or positive energy that you can provide is much appreciated.
