WiFi and 2.4 GHz lights similaneously blinking green - wireless connectivity intermittent

My modem is two years old. Three days ago I started having problems staying connected to my Exchange mailbox, my cloud storage services, and website loading timesout.

After an hour of diagnostics, my cable provider says it's a Netgear problem. I have connected my laptop to the router via LAN and I have awesome speed and no issues. It appears obvious that something is wrong with the WiFi radio and/or settings. Reboots don't solve the issue. I have read the 103 page user manual and there is nothing about this issue.

Any ideas?

      Hello MrSteve123

Have you tried changing the wireless channel in the wireless settings?

        Hi Darren.

I did change the channel the following day. I've been at work all week so I can't say that the problem is resolved. I do see an improvement with iPads, but those devices don't require a connection like Exchange or a cloud based server. I'll let you know this weekend.

The two lights on the modem/router still blink green in unison.

        Thanks for your suggestion!

        Steve
