Wifi connection lost for CG3000DV2F9

None of my devices can detect the wifi but the provider says it is communicating with the modem.  I can hardwire into the router/modem but that's it.  All of the lights on the front are on in proper fashion.  i've tried reseting with no luck.  Not sure what else I can do.  Please help.  I'm not very technically saavy so please spell out the steps for me.  Thank you!

    Hello goofygreen 

     

    When you log into the modem go to wireless settings under advanced and make sure the box is checked that says enable the SSID broadcast.
