Wi/Fi is unaccessable after hook up with Comcast

Modem is CG3000D

I had set up the modem / router before activating with Comcast.

I logged in to it with http://192.168.0.1, use admin and password to log in,

changed password for log in.

set wireless speed to what i wanted.

named wireless network.

set up new password for wireless network.

tested wireless network before activating with Comcast.

After activating with Comcast, lost access to wireless on modem / router.

Cannot log into router now with http://192.168.0.1, just get an error.

short of resetting router, any suggestions??

i haven't bean able to find correct connection link

Did you check to see if the gateway Ip address changed after they activated the modem?

    Hello osama02

Sounds like something is wrong with the boot file causing the modem to be a modem only and disable the router functions. You may want to check with Comcast internet support the coding of your account if it is correct for your modem.
