WIFI just died -Nighthawk C7000v2

Was online and suddenly was disconnected.  Rebooted the router/modem. Came back online, but no wifi. Light is on, 2.4 and 5 is lit.

All hard wired systems connect just fine.  Can not log into the router.  It says there is not wifi and to turn it on, then loads the netgear website.   Is this because of the issues Netgear is having or is it on my side?

    did the wifi on/off button get hit? push and hold it for 2 seconds

      Thanks, but i started with that.  I fillanly had to do a factory reset to fix the problem.  Still dont know why or how it happened.
