WiFi Keeps Going Out Model C6250
Hello,
I have a model C6250, which connected to the Internet fine for like 2 months. Then, it started going out every now and then. Now, it is pretty much never on, except for a few choice moments right after I unplug/plug it back in.
I have tried-
Factory reset
Unplug/plug back in
Making sure all my cables are tight/plugged in right
The only thing is that my Nighthawk app says my firmware is out of date. When I click on "go to routerlogin.net" it only brings me to a support page. I can get to this page through my IP address, and it says my firmware is V1.01.26, and when I check this page it seems that my firmware is up to date. I cannot manually download a firmware update because when I go to the page where the downloads are, it only links to a Nighthawk app, which doesn't work for me clearly.
If anyone could help it'd be appreciated, I really cant even use the Internet I'm paying for now.

the app is bogus on the combo devices. they aren't user updatable and so the "update firmware" option isn't an option. Its been an issue for a while.
When you log in through the browser, do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
