What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What wifi devices do you have connected?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Around to 200-300 ms in online games, but it doesn't happen consistently. The range has also decreased a lot. I have trouble streaming videos on my phone one room over from the room with the router when it was fine before. This started occurring after I got notification of a firmware update causing connection problems with my particular router. I seemed to have fixed the worst of the connection issues, but I'm not sure if there's more I need to do. I have already tried dealing with the traffic setting that was causing the connection problems, restarting my router, and doing a hard reset of the router. Not sure if anyone else knows what to do?
