Wifi modem wifi not visible while conneted to internet via lan cable
Hi
I am unable to see wifi connection on from my modem, it is not at all visible. My internet is working through LAN cable and i cannot log on to modem by any method. Please suggest what to do

What wifi devices do you have?
Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard.
Have a wired PC connected and a wireless device connected.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
