Wifi range

I am looking to replace my modem router in my house but now I have a bigger house with think walls and I have a garage about 100' from the house. Does anyone know the range on the nighthawk? I want to get something that can feed all three floors of the house and the garage so I can control all of my smart devices off of it. I currently have a wifi extender to reach the garage but its a pain, plus I use wifi calling due to low cell reception.

    I'd look into netgears triband mesh systems like netgear orbi (the triband). 

    thick walls and distance make router/extender solutions less reliable.
