wifi spiking in speed

hello my wifi about everyday around 1030 begins to spike up and down (pic below). The logs have been saying TCP- or UDP-based Port Scan, Ping Of Death, Teardrop or derivative, and Illegal Fragments. ...

Does it continue through out the day or only at that certain time?

    It only happens at the time for what I know im not home during the day
