Wireless Cable Gateway CG3000D not working

The Wireless Internet on the Netgear CG3000D modem is not working properly. I there is any Firmware upgrade available for this modem as the factory default is not working properly. I am observing downgraded Internet bandwidth on WiFi and also ping drops on the default gateway.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this.

      Hello Shewaye

       

      Are you trying to log into the modem? by default it should just be password but if you can not log into the modem you will have to do a factory reset to change this back to the default.
