Wireless will not stay connected for the past week.

I haven't been able to keep my wireless up for more than 20 minutes for the last week.  I hadn't done any changes to the router but I did get a VPN which I used for a few days, didn't like it so uninstalled it and have had this problem ever since.  VPN was not connected through thr router, just on the PC.  Please give me some ideas to try to get my network back up.  Thanks for any help you can toss my way.
