Also, i have tried switching off with that button, waited for around one min and restarted. It did not work. Also in second attempt, i took the power line off, disconnected internet wire from modem, waited ofr one min and then connected internet lone back followed by power line and switched it on. It still did not work. It was working till 3 days back. It suddenly stopped working.
Sorry about that it is actually a pinhole on the bottom of the modem right in the center.
