I presume you have done a factory reset on the modem?
I would make contact with NG support and ask what yoru options are.

done a couple factory resets and my only option when it comes to Netgear support is to pay them so I can ask a question, my warranty expired almost 3 years ago.
Thats why I came here, I was hoping someone here would know how to get my wired connections working again.
I may as well just get a new modem/router at this point because it costs damn near that much to 'buy' support after your warranty is expired.
Thanks anyway.

Does the C7000 have informative LED indicators on those Ethernet
connectors? (The picture in the User Manual is suggestive, but the text
seemed not to be.)If you connect a computer to one of them (using a known-good cable),
then what does the OS tell you about the state of that physical link?If everyone agrees that the ports are dead, then a new gizmo (or two)
would seem to be the next step.
