Worst customer service
Has anyone had success getting REAL customer service from NetGear? I have been put off by them for 3 weeks now trying to get them to replace a router that lasted 38 days without me, the customer, jumping through hoops with post office returns that I am limiting due to COVID. Case #43228335. At this point I have purchased a new router and am done working with them. Just curious if anyone has had a way to break through their gauntlet.
