Worst ever tech support with C7000

I have drops from the very beginning. It gets worse every month. Now everybody is working from home, so it is crucial that connection is stable. But it drops frequently, every hour 2-3 times. Only powercycle can help. Tech support trying to sell me extended phone support, but it was never resolved during 90 days free one, i have attempted 3 times. Every time we play with some basic changes and that is it. Same story every time. Where do I send your sh*t back? Hate this. it drives me nuts. Why are you trying to rip off your loyal customers?
