WOW Cable service looking for new setup

I just uped my cable internet service with WOW from 100MB to 500MB and my current modem and Orbi router do not handle 500MB. I'm looking for a new set up wheter I do modem / router combo or seprate modem and mesh roter system. Home is a Bi-level around 3000sqft. Looking for some input for netgear products for a new system please.

    Orbi 50 series AC and 850 series AX both handle up to near 900Mpbs.

    Not sure about 20 or 40 series Orbi. I believe they do as well.
