Wrong model on RMA being sent for replacement RMA# 3543568
My C7500 developed a fault and will not power on. I called with support case #42412933. During the call we determined a RMA was required. The technician checked the stock of the unit and it showed it was out of stock. She contacted the warehouse and she was advised that there was stock available and that the system would update. I was advised to call back later, which I did and the RMA process was initiated. I filled in the required information and I see that the unit being shipped to me is a C7000-100NAS which is a different unit and inferior to the product I purchased back in September. Any advice on how to get this resolved?
