Is the xbox wired or wireless connected to the modem? Wired is preferred.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?

The Xbox is on a wireless connection. As for cable connection and event logs what exactly am I supposed to copy & paste?
Also I just bought the router not long ago. So brand new with having to add the required ports for Xbox

You don't need to set up for configure any ports for use with xbox. if you do then you'll need to disable uPnP on the modem.

What channels are you using on the modem for 2.4 and 5ghz radios?
Is Smart connect enabled?
How far is the xbox from the modem in distance feet?
