xbox one mlbtv app won't let me in with dns settings. Cable modem router C3000. IPV6 can't disable

I am using Overplay's Smart DNS at the router and it seems to work for all devices and internet sites except mlb.tv app on my xboxone.  Overplay says that I need to disable the IPV6.  I checked the box for disabling the IPV6 firewall and showed them the screen shot.  They said that is not disabling the IPV6.  Is there some other way to disable it?  The status on xbox one and my computer both show the IPV4 and IPV6 enabled.  I saw a thread about MAC spoofing that I did not totally understand, but it seemed to remedy when the device cannot connect to internet at all.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hello sgage

are you manually able to change the DNS server in the xbox settings to something like googles dns?

I am not at home right now so I can't try it.  But what is googles dns?  Or where do I find that?   I only know to set dns to automatic or to the settings that Overplay Smart DNS gave me to hide my geophysical location.
