xbox won't work with Pro safe gs108pev3

Please post about this in the NG Switch forum for this model switch. Non managed, Non green ethernet switchs are recommended.

My XBOX one doesn't work when I do a wired connection to the switch.  It works when connected directly to the Orbi router on one of the back ports.  It also works when doing a wireless connection to the Orbi router or satellites.

 

I think it's a congif issue with switch but I don't know what else to do.
