XFinity unable to reach upload speed

Hi

I recenty purchased CM1200 in order to meet the XFinity requirement for upgrade:

up to 200MB download 

up to 5MB upload

 

The reality after installed the modem, upload significantlly increaased to 230MB, but upload speed stays the same (roughly 3MB when download speed is 75MB).

 

XFinity support always suggest to reboot the modem, which doesn't change the speed at all.  Is this a known limitation?  Should I return CM1200 and opt for XFinity's own?

    Be sure LAG on the modem is disabled.

    Be sure to wire speed test with a PC directly connected to the modem, not thru a wifi router first.
