Zoom Issues

Actual modem router is AC1900 C6300BD Have been getting dropouts on Zoom when using my MAC desktop. Zoom pop-up says its intermittent network connection.  Desktop is set up to use the 2.4 WIFi conn...

use the 5ghz.

2.4ghz is a slower network and more sensitive to interference than 5ghz. 

So use the 5ghz. 

If that doesn't help, then use the wired connection. 

If that doesn't help, it could be a speed/modem issue
