Netgear D6000

Hi there, Im trying to set up my netgear D6000 budt ot says to check the cables and try again. Everything is connected.

Do you guys know how to fix it?

    What are you connecting it to? 

    A dsl line? 

    A fibre line? 

    A modem? 

    And what one is it? 

    If the D6000 is a new purchase, you can contact support for assistant.

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

    You have posted this in the "genie" section. Is that because you are using one of the various genies to set up your modem router? If so which one?
