24 port ethernet switch
Hello,
I am looking for a 24 Gigabit Ethernet port multilayer switch that works on layer 2 and layer 3. The switch must have redundant power supplies. Also it must be 19” rack mounted taking up 1U of rack space and 18” depth or less. In addition the switch must meet MIL-S-901D Grade B shock. Also the switch must support the SSH v.2 and GLBP protocols. It must be Cisco IOS compliant with a serial console access that supports RS232. In addition it must be FCC class B compliant.

- You picked an odd place to post (the Powerline subforum on a Netgear website). Anyway, it seems to me that you need/want a Cisco switch, so why not head over to their website?

Well I am trying to do some market research. For several reasons the group I am doing the research for do not want to use the next generation cisco switch which would replace the end of life switch they have now. As for the powerline forum I was not sure where to post my question.
- Isn't Cisco IOS compliance going to basically restrict you to Cisco switches? Or does it mean something else.
Anyway, you might have more luck posting in the Managed switches section:
