Add-on to existing PowerLine 1000?

I have the access point and adapter and would like to add an additional adapter in the house but only want that one to have an ethernet output (no additional wi-fi).... does that exist as a product to purchase?

Many thanks for any direction.

None of the major powerline makers seems to sell single plugs, wifi or otherwise.

You may be able to find a second hand one, or something from a different maker. In theory different makes are compatible because they follow the AV standard. Getting them to work together may be a different matter.

You could buy a powerline pair and find another use for the extra plug.

Thanks. It's too bad... but I guess there's not much demand for one-offs... even though it's pretty inconvenient to have to buy two and basically waste one.

Perhaps there is a market out there for singletons.

Or use it for something that would be better wired, like a smart TV.
