Hi,
Changed my R7000 to Access Point mode, and took my SuperHub out of Modem only mode (but making sure the SuperHubs wireless stuff was turned off). Then made sure I didn't use any Yellow Ethernet ports when wiring up my home network,
It's all appears to be working so I'm happy that I've fixed my issue.
Thanks for all your efforts.

OK I understand the problem now. The two powerline adapters between the Virgin hub and the R7000 need to be on their own power line network, separate to the others. To do this you give these two a different password (Encryption Key) to everything else. So these two units could have a password of 'HomeplugAV1' and everything else 'HomeplugAV2'
This will keep the two power line networks apart. You will need to have a power line unit on the 'HomeplugAV2' network connected to your R7000 as well as the one from your Virgin hub so that all your equipment receives an Internet connection from it
