All the lights are on but nobody home

Hi all,

Both my sons PC's were using Powerline av500 adaptors XAV5201. Unfortunately both were recently fried and I had to reinstall Windows 7. I assumed I would just plug back in the adaptors and away I go but no luck. Although all the lights are on both adaptors and the router plug both PC's show no network available. I am assuming I will need to download something onto disc from my laptop and load that onto both PC's. But what?  Any ideas
