AV 500 Powerline middle light not getting internet

Hi all

I have a few AV 500 netgear Powerline adapters however the middle light isn’t coming on for internet ☹️.
Have tried pressing the reset button with a pin however it does nothing

Any help appreciated

    Which plug are we talking about here? The middle light is not for Internet on my plugs. That is the "pick a plug" (Powerline) LED that denotes a link back to the router's plug.

     

    The Ethernet LED will not come on unless you have something connected to the LAN.
