AV 500 Powerline no longer connecting

I have a Netgear Powerline AV 500 range extender, I run one extender from the base with is connected to the router. It has stopped working. I have tried and followed all the advice on previous threads re rebooting and resetting / connecting?

 

Please help, its only 5 months old???

    What does not work? Wifi connection or wired connection to the plug?

     

    What do the lights on the plug look like?
