What are you looking for?
A powerplug that delivers wifi?
That seems to come only in a bundle with a separate plug. That is what I have. Plus some individual plugs.
Powerline 500 WiFi Access Point (XWNB5201) plus Powerline 500 Nano XAVB5101.

I already have the bundle including the XWNB5100 and XWNB5201, but would like to know which powerline plug in device can offer a wireless solution to other areas of the house whilst linking with the existing units?

Back to my original question. What are you looking for?
To repeat my question, do you want a powerplug that delivers wifi?
If not, the alternatives are to get a wifi extender. It won't matter much which you buy, but a Netgear extender would probably work better with the Netgear Genie. Then you can either "daisy chain" it on to the existing wifi system or you can connect it with a LAN link to the powerline system and then broadcast the wifi.
You talk of "add on" kit. If you want another XWNB5201, just buy the bundle and find another use for the spare powerplug.
When asking questions like yours, it helps to be specific. Saying "I have recently purchased an AV500 kit" is a bit vague. Netgear makes a bunch of AV500 stuff.
