Blue light on powerline adapter
I have a blue led on the wifi indicator (powerline adapter) all the time. I have tried different sockets and in the same room as router and access point. Can see the wifi name but no internet access...

That's odd, mine is blue, but on inspection it is the XWN5001. Only Netgear would use different styles for something like that in its product range. Perhaps green LEDs are cheaper.
You still have not said what the modem/router is on the other end of the network. You may have to configure that to get the wifi right.
You seem to have the LAN working OK, which is a good start, but not the wifi.
See page 9 of the Quick Start manual for your device.

Hi
I am using a Virgin 3 Hub with 100 fibre optic speed.
The LAN was connected but no internet.
Having spent an hour on phone with Virgin - they concluded that the units must be faulty (towards the end of trying to connect I lost the actual Powerline LED - that was originally working) - so sending out a new set. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks

Hi Spectralis1,
What is the exact model number of your powerline adapters? Can you provide a photo of the adapter with the blue light?
