Can I plug my PLP1000 powerline into a 3 way adapter?
Hi - hope someone can help please?
In the room where Ive got the router, there isn't enough space between the wall outlet and the alarm box above it for the powerline PLP1000 to sit due to it's height. I've added a 3 way cube adapter so that it now stands proud of the wall and fits nicely.
All 3 lights are green (as they are on the adapter in the next room I've paired it with)
I ask because adding the adpaters doesn't seem to have made much of a difference.
The router is the supplied ethernet cable distance away from the PLP mounted on the 3 way brick.
The second PLP is plugged directly into the wall outlet and the suplied ethernet cable is connected to my SKY Q box. SKY Q has been configured to connect via the ethernet cable and the 2.4GHz and 5GHz recievers have been turned off in settigns (useful trick Sky told me about this morning to access a hifdden menu).
Any help / advice greatly appreciated.

To answer the question in your subject, yes. Netgear warns against extension blocks and the like, but I do this all the time with no discernible damage to the network.

Is that it? I see no questions or issue in the rest of your message.

I don't know what that is about.
