Doesnt work
Wow. I am very dissapointed and angry. Netgear has the absolute WORST customer service. I have a really expensive modem and router (router is **bleep**.. doesn't do anything it says it does)... lots ...

Okay, sorry I’ve just had so many issues with my netgear and have spent around $700 trying to fix it and it’s the same bad connection I’ve had for a long time.
The third light is the power plug thing where it is different colors based on speed.
I plugged one into the wall next to my router and connected the Ethernet into the router (tried multiple ports) and all 3 turn on Green. I went to my room in the other side of the house and plug in the second one and plugged it into my pc.
It gave the unidentified message so I tried the security button.. didn’t work
I tried factory resetting both.
I tried setting up the main one (in the router) then the next one in the same room. I moved it back to my room and didn’t work. I went to the sleep for the night hoping for a response.
When I woke up I went to turn off my computer and it was connected to WiFi but the Ethernet changed.. it showed the name of my router but still said no internet. What suggestions do you have? The bottom light that shows the best speed will be green and then turn off shortly after. When I was getting ready to leave I saw a red light in the bottom on both (pc was already off). I didn’t have time to check so I checked and saw your reply and wanted to inform you.
