Double duty POE

Hey all,,, I'd like to do a ethernet over power thing,,but then the output would be POE.  Hopefully that makes sense. Do they have a Powerline adapter that does both or do I need to get a powerline adapter AND then a POE adapter?

    Have NEVER seen a Powerline adapter (from an manufacturer) that outputs PoE.  This needs a separate PoE "injector" or switch.
