HDX 101 WPCAP.dll is missing
After moving home I am trying to reinsall mijn adaptor. I have downloaded the configuration utility and installed this on my window 10 laptop. Now when I attermpt to start the utility I get an error messag syaing wpcap.dll is missing. Who has a solution for me please?

You are trying to install a 10-year old device that seems to predate the AV standard for Powerline Ethernet. This means that any associated software may not work in newer operating systems, which could explain the error you see. You don't tell us which OS you have, so that is just a guess.
According to the manual you do not need to install software to get these plugs to work. However, should you want the Configuration Utility it should be here:
