Netgear AV500 not working

Bought this a couple of years ago, was worling perfect until recently when we switched to a different internet. Everything on the AV is green except the middle light, and i’m not getting the connection on my computer. What can i do?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    If the powerline LED or the middle light is off then the adapter has not found any other compatible Powerline devices using the same encryption key, or has been turned off through the Powerline utility. 

     

    Please try resetting both adapter and check connection.
