Netgear PLP2000 adapters giving different speeds.
Hi all,
New to the forum after having got a new set of powerline adapters. I got the PLP2000 after having our internet package upgraded to NBN and wasn't getting much more speed with the Netcomm NP507 adapters I had so I decided to upgrade. The PLP2000 were giving me triple the speed of the NP507 but the issue I'm having is that there are times where my speeds dip severly low to the point that 1080 youtube videos need some time to buffer.
I find turning the power for the adapters off sometimes helps. What is this strange issue I'm facing? The NP507 was always consistent and the wifi are fine.

Checked the speeds, when the connection is good both the wifi and lan get around 45Mbps down and 15Mbps up. When I wake my PC up from sleep or power it on the speeds drop to 10Mbps down and 10Mbps up. I know these adapters have a sleep mode but that's only suppose to last for 2secs.

Anyone???
Is there a way to disable the sleep mode?
