Netgear Powerline 1000 PL1000

My powerline doesn’t work, the three lights are green but I still dont have internet can someone help me pls

    What is connected to the plug?

     

    What messages do you seen when you try to connect?

     

    Sadly " doesn’t work" is a poor diagnostic tool.
