Netgear powerline 500 XAV5221 not working when laptop is charging in the same domino plug

(sorry for my bad english but i'm Belgian so my laptop is in Dutch)

i'm using the powerline for almost 2 years now without any problem,but suddenly a problem occured when my charger and my powerline are in the same domino plug: if my Toshiba laptop is not charging so he's working just with the battery my powerline is working perfect, but if my laptop is charging i got no internet connection. If i do the solve connection problem tool of the laptop there are several problems listed like: problems with the router or modem, sometimes standardgateway is not useable,... 

I tryed the powerline also with another (Acer) laptop, and the same problem occurs. 

Just like i said if the laptop is working just on battery there is no problem at all and if my charger is in another domino plug there is also no problem. My powerline and charger where normally always in the same domino plug

What can i do to solve this problem because it's very annoying.
