P1200 Constant red light for Pick a Plug and frequent disconnects
I just bought this powerline adapter, since I've started using it my connection has become much more..."stable", but my connection every couple minutes will stop for about 30-45 seconds, I am not sur...

This suggests a bad link between plugs over the mains circuit. If you see the same thing with the plugs very close to each other, you may have bad hardware.
Try a reset.
