PL1000 Ethernet adapter not working saying Unidentified connection

Hello thank you for replying. I tried to do what you said but it didnt give me the option because it hasnt connected to it fully (becuase it says unidentified network). I tried to diagnose the problem and it said No ip can be found. I have this software called hamachi and I am not sure if that is whats causing the problem.

Try the Windows network troubleshooter.
I assume that you have checked that the LAN cable is properly plugged in.
When I do the troubleshooting it says no ip found.
This keeps coming back to a Windows issue.
Not much help I can offer on that front. It might help if you could post pictures of where you see these messages about "unidentified network and no internet access".
They look like vague messages that aren't real-world error messages.
Thats what shows when I diagnose the problem.
Anyway to fix it?
